Rules: "Play Sound" Limitations

By default, you can only choose one of like four sounds to play upon
satisfying a rule. How can you increase the number of sounds for this
purpose?

Are these four sounds a subset of one's larger body of "alert" sounds? It's
confusing, because I've got some different sets in User --> Documents -->
Microsoft User Data --> Entourage Sound Sets -- but that doesn't change this
particular menu at all, it seems.
