Rules problem

I had my Rules working fine, with SpamSieve scripts following some
specific rules. Then I added one new one, and now no matter what
order I use, the Rules are simply not applied.

I suspect part of the problem is that I cannot uncheck the box about
not applying other rules to these messages. It has become grayed out
and I cannot make it active again.

I am using Mac OS 10.2.8 and MS Office for X.

If a rule moves a message or applies an applescript, all further rules are
disabled. This is due to the way that processes within the app are threaded
- later rules may not be able to find a moved message.
