Rules - Reply function

I have a Rule set to automatically reply to a certain person upon a
keyphrase existing in the subject line. The rule works fine, however,
the person's original email to me is not quoted in the reply. My
preferences in Entourage are properly set to include the sender's
original email in the reply. And the Rules criterion seems only to
have the "Reply" choice - meaning no choice to reply with or without
the original email text.

Has anyone else run into this and figured out why the original email
is not included in a reply created through rules?

thanks.

You might be able to add an Action to run an AppleScript that would include
the header or entire message.

That sounds way out of my league. I am a fairly proficient user, but
writing actions and scripts to accomplish something like this has so
far eluded me.

The scripters on the list are usually very helpful in this type of request.
I would also ask on the Entourage talk list as there are many knowledgeable
folks on the list that do not participate in this newsgroup. How to
subscribe to Entourage talk:
