Make sure you've created the rule under the correct tab; POP rules won't
work on IMAP accounts and vice-versa. Rules for Exchange accounts need to
be under the IMAP tab.
Also, some junk mailers replace letters with numbers (for example, the
uppercase letter I with the number 1 or lowercase letter l), so you might
want to add those as criteria as well (3 separate criteria example: Subject
contains T1P, Subject contains TlP, and Subject contains TIP).
Remember that the order of rules is important; if another rule is processed
on these messages first with the "Do not apply further rules to messages
that meet these criteria" option checked, then the delete rule won't run.
If this is the case, you need to either uncheck that option on the rule
that's already processing the junk, or move your new rule to the top.
