I have two computers (both with xp pro and office xp, aka office 2002). One
of them will filter mail correctly (with the rules wizard) the other won't.
I have tried reinstalling and "detect and repair". Neither fixed the problem.
The problem is that the condition that looks for "words in the body of the
message" will not act on parts of the HTML code that resides in the only spam
that we recieve. The spam email's subject and sender change, but there is a
part of the hyperlink that stays the same. I add it to the rules wizard, but
it won't react on one of my boxes (Dell Dimension 4700 Pentium 4 3.0Ghz w/HT,
wiped clean and xp Pro fresh install). I have scoured google for answers,
but my search criteria must be way off, or this is a very rare problem.
Please help.
