Hi All:
Would anyone know as to why after creating a rule (which
is supposed to take the message coming from a particular
address then putting it in a specific folder then routing
it to a particular email address {based on the contents
of the subject line}) in outlook2002; it's not responding?
Here's the rule in a sequential fashion:
(1) Take the email from <this_particular_email_address>
and put it in <this> folder in outlook
(2) If the subject line has <this_character(s)> then
forward the email to <this_particular_email_address>
The rule is there but it works only when invoked manually
i.e. have to click on the "Run Now" button in Rules
Wizard.
Any help is appreciated...TIA,
