Rules Wizard, mail sent to Spam or Webmaster

I use Outlook's Rules Wizard to eliminate most spam that comes into my
inbox, by checking the "with specific words in the recipients address"
box, and adding the offending address. But lately I've noticed that
mail that is sent (To or CC) to "Spam" or "Webmaster" slips under the
radar somehow.

Any clues as to how to eliminate these messages??
