I have exactly the same problem as Millarg who posted the following on the 29th of November ... without response.
Is there anyone out there who can help us both ?

Good morning, my laptop using Outlook 2000, is attached to an NT4 server running Exchange Server. Over the last months I have started using the Rules Wizard to try to control the incredible amount of spam I recieve.
I have a permanent delete rule set which periodically infomrs me that I do not have permission to perform this rule and automatically turns itself off.
Any advice much appreciated.
Also I have searched for the info file for this function, so that i can add "keywords" more easily, can anyone guide me to the directory - the spam/adult rules allow this.
