My rules option in tools doesn't work, that is, it doesn't open whereas all other options in tools do - any thoughts - thanks

Under Entourage in the Menu bar, select Switch Identity. Open the Identity.
No bother with accounts...just cancel out. Now do Rules show up in the new
Identity?

If yes, this is the first time this has been reported. I would guess that
it's database corruption if the test shows it works in the new Identity.

How to rebuild:

Make a duplicate in the Finder first as additional backup. A rebuild does
make a duplicate, but sometimes in the process the original and backup get
merged resulting in total disaster. It's rare but it happens.

I accidently deleted the main identity there was no other and now I seem to have lost all my email etc.
