I have a rule set up to automatically move emails containing certain words
in the subject to a specified folder. The problem is that when I receive
such an email, a notify sound is played, but the notify window never
displays. It works fine for emails that are not affected by any rule. Is
there anyway I can have the notify window display before processing the
rule? I am using Outlook 2003 beta, but I couldn't find a specific
newsgroup for that.
