Run setup again

I tried to add holidays to my Microsoft Calendar and got the error message:
The Works Calendar can't add holidays to your calendar because the necessary
Works files are missing or corrupted. Run Setup and try again. I tried to
reun Calendar setup again but there is no such thing on my CD. There is no
Works Setup that works because it says I have already installed everything.
Do I have to delete all my Microsoft Works programs and reinstall it or what?
