Running a script function upon page load

Hi -
I'd like to run a function in a javascript (contained in an html code
fragment box on my web page) upon loading the page. I can add the
OnLoad="function()" directly to the <Body> tag if I open the entire web page
in notepad, but if I do that, it gets overwritten the next time I make a
change to the web page from within MS Publisher. How do I modify the body
tag in Publisher?

I would also like to know how to add a script definition in the Head: (i.e., <script type="text/javascript" language="JavaScript1.2">) without having to edit in notepad.
