Running MPEG2 through PowerPoint 2002

Greetings,

I've been trying unsuccessfully to insert and run MPEG 2
videos in our ppt presenations. I've attempted to copy
the VOB files onto my hard drive and run them that way -
no luck.

Trying to switch from Powerpoint to either media player
or win dvd is very awkward. And, for our projected
presentations, MPEG 1 doesn't offer the quality.

Any solutions to this?????

Rename the VOB file to MPG they then run as expected
