running problem

I am working on a presentation with multiple presentations (genealigie) wit
families photos albums each presentations is 60 to 120 mbs.With the
interlinks these presentations add and overrun my ram volume.How can i clear
the previous presentation to limit this overload.Itry with a visual basic
instructions close and open (macro command) but i get out of the
presentation.I am looking for and instruction like (clear or ???????) any
suggestions

The trick is to only have a "maximum" of 2 presentations running at the same
time.

Thank you I will read again but is this trick good for my presentation
because it is a interactive presentation .We navigate trought out the
different families by clicking on the diffent families branches.
