Running VB script; Error Code 80070005;

Using Outlook 2003 on WIN XP, I try running a VBS script
below that gives an error

I spent all day setting the security mode of Outlook 2003
to the lowest (using the Options/Security Menu) but this
error still occurs..

Could you help me in running this kind of script
bypassing this issue?
