Runtime Error - Visual C++ Runtime Library

Occasionally when I first open Outlook in Office XP, I
get a Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error. The
application then shuts down. Most of the time if I re-
open it it runs just fine.

Any idea what is causing this problem and what I can do
to fix it?
