Runtime Error when openning Outlook 2000

I can't get my Outlook 2000 to open since upgraded from
98se to Windows 2000 pro. I'm get an error messege
at "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library" that
says "Runtime Error
C:\ProgramFiles\MicrosoftOffice\office\outlook.exe"
"Runtime has been teminated in an unusual way"
