Hi,
Is there any utility available for implementing S-Curves in MS Project 2003

Hi,
Ms Project calculates all the ratios which are necessary to built the S
Curves. Look at the Earned Value table : you'll see the BCWS, BCWP, ACWP...
But MS Project Standard doesn't show the 3 curves in a a graph.
Nevertheless, it's possible to export the necessary data to Excel, and build
the graph in Excel : use the "Analyse Timescale Data into Excel" button
(Analysis tool bar)

If you don't manage the resource costs, use a fake cost such as $1/h for
each resource. And create the S Curves of work disguised in cost.
