Safe Senders List Flaky in Outlook 2007.

Some of my email addresses and domains keep ending up in my Junk
Folder. It also happens sometimes to email addresses in my Contacts
even though I turned on the option to consider all of them safe.

It is very annoying because I have to keep checking my Junk folder.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
