Sales/Commission Template

Looking for a template to help me keep track of sales and commissions. I am
a rep for three vendors. I need to keep track of sales for each vendor
(monthly and yearly). I also need to break down the sales for each vendor
into a couple of colums. Does anyone have a suggestion on a template that
would fit my needs?

Do you really need a template? You know what info you need - create the
columns you need. Add some totals and you're set.
