Sales Manager tools?

How do I get more Sales manager tools? Forecast with percent to quota. I am
not familiar with excel.

Since Excel is used quite a lot with sales numbers, now is a great time to
start learning. Invest a few dollars/euros/whatevers in a good Excel book.
Visit your local books store - you may even find one aimed toward sales.

Thank you for your feed back. Your right I must venture out and do what you
have suggested.

I am in america by the way, but travel the globe. Mostly the United States.
I have found a couple of good websites that may be helpful. Its probably in
my best interest to pay for some of the tools that I can use.
