Save a copy to file when sending.

Part of my job rquires me to save all sent emails regerding a particular
project to a file on our server. This is a bit laborious and I wonder if
there is some code that will help.

What I would like to start with is if the subject line starts with 3 numbers
then a 'Save As' message box apperars so I can choose the folder.

I've tried this usung rules but that restricts me to saving in my mailbox.

I've also looked through this forum and have found a piece of code that does
the same thing.

I've tinkered with VBA in excel and will 'have a go' myself but this is the
first time I've looed at outlook and don't quite know which event/procedure
to start with.
