2007 doesn't have this option. The poster will have to create a file and put it
into My Places or Favorite Links in Vista.

Jmrire, I should have said folder instead of file. When you "save as" in Vista,
the dialogue menu comes up, click the New Folder on the top of the menu, give it
a name and drag it to Favorite Links. This will be the folder you will save and
open all your Publisher documents.

In Windows XP there is a icon to create a new folder, after it is created, click
tools, click add to My Places.

There is no "Save as"

As has already been stated, yes there is. It's available on the File
menu, same place as it has always been.
is there an alternate to this?

No. File > Save As is the only place that Save As is available.
