"Save and Close" in Outlook brings message "Not Implemented" HELP

Outlook no longer will let me "Save and close" entries. I have used it for
years and now when I try to save, I get the message, "Not Implemented."

What can I do?

List the steps that lead to this problem. State Outlook version and
information store.
Have you run Detect and Repair?
