SAVE Button

My Entourage 2008 events, notes, etc., don't have a SAVE button
anymore. Command-S works but is there a way to get the SAVE button
back?

Right-/ctrl-click the toolbar, choose Customize toolbar and drag the Save
icon from the menu into the toolbar. Repeat this procedure for each element
(notes, events, to dos, etc.).

My customize toolbar does NOT have a "SAVE" button...

View --> Customize toolbar. Icon sets are different for each window.

Sorry, no help here.
I checked all windows. No "Save" button available for the toolbar.
What were you referring to???
