Save copies of Sent mail in outbox

Is there any way to have entourage save a copy of all mail I send out
in a folder automatically. I know there is a setting in the individual
mail form to save a copy in a folder, but I would like this to be done
automatically, without me having to remember to select it. Is there
anyway to do this?

Preferences > Mail & News Preferences > Compose. Check the box labeled Save
sent messages in the Sent Mail folder.

Or, alternatively, set up 'outgoing' mail rules to move specific types of
mail to different folders.
