save inbox to local folder

all,

i have been searching the web looking for outlook vba code to save al
the contents of my pst as individual word docs sorted sender.

i also need a way to have outlook export messages from the inbox
including attachments to the my documents folder.

my copany recently implimented AD and several GPO's that delete al
references to .pst. i am trying to make my life easier by using code t
auto save my backup pst to word docs (or .msg whatever is easier)

going forward i need to use some vba code to automaticlly save m
incomming new mail to sender.doc or subject.doc.

any help here is greatly appreciated.
