save outlook contacts to a text format

Ive been trying to save outlook contacts data to a text format so I can
export it to another program called Producer's edge that has a contact data
base that suppots text file only. Pls help find a way to do this with out
typing each individual info to Proedge contacts. Thanks and have a nice day.
