Save Sent Msg to Personal Folders

C

Chris

Howdy,

Is there a way in Outlook 2003 to save a copy of the sent message to
personal folder(s)/subfolder(s)?
By default all sent mail is placed in "Sent Items", but for management of
those messages it would be advantageous to be able to choose the storage
folder(s).

Thanks!
Chris

Do you want to do this per message or en masse? Per message you can go into
the options of the email and choose where to save it to.

Another suggestion: www.slipstick.com, gives you lots of applications
to manage your mail in Outlook.
For me it's not clear which personal folder you ment: in Outlook or in
the directory structure?
In case you want to archive the e-mail in a directory, you may find a
solution in MailToFile: www.mailtofile.com/en/. It works in Outlook,
but offers you a method of saving the e-mail in personal or project
folders.
In case you want to archive the e-mail in a folder in Outlook, you
could use the rules feauture.
