Saved PPT in JPEG format

I've recently made a beautiful PP that took weeks to finish. I saved in a
JPEG format to plug into a movie maker program. I now want to change the
design of the background. How do I convert it back into a file that
PowerPoint will recognize? I am very frustrated. Thanks for any help!

Open a new slide in a new presentation, and then use the jpg as the slide
background.

Open the original presentation, make the needed changes, and then re-save to JPG
and re-create your movie.
