Saving a distribution list sent by another outlook user

Hi - I would like to save a distribution list in my address book that was created and sent to me by someone else, but don't know how this is done. Can you help please

That would depend entirely on the format it which it was created.
If it were sent as an Outlook Item in a message in RTF format, you would
only need to open it and hit Save...
