Saving a non macro worksheet

I'm trying to save just a worksheet without any macro's or formulas from
within a macro - Is this possible?
Using the following code:
If Worksheets("Invoice").Range("H4") = "Quote" Then
fName = "C:\AA-Documents\Quotes\" & Worksheets("no macros").Range("B6")
& " - " & Worksheets("Invoice").Range("H4") & " - " &
Worksheets("Invoice").Range("H6") & ".XLS"
Else
fName = "C:\AA-Documents\Invoices\" & Worksheets("no
macros").Range("B6") & " - " & Worksheets("Invoice").Range("H4") & " - " &
Worksheets("Invoice").Range("H6") & ".XLS"
End If

Worksheets("no macros").SaveAs FileName:=fName
FileSaved = fName & " Saved!"
MsgBox FileSaved
