Saving A PowerPoint Presentation as "Read Only"

Hey all,

I have a PowerPoint presentation that I just finished that I would like to
save as "read only." To be more specific, a colleague just requested a
copy of this presentation to show his staff, and I would feel much better
if I knew that he wasn't able to open the presentation in Powerpoint and
make changes / modify my work.

Currently, I believe that the only way to accomplish this is to save the
presentation as a Quicktime Movie file (*.mov) but I'm not sure.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
