Saving an Identity and Re-creating a new one

I am trying to give a user a new identity in Entourage X.
I know where the identity is stored. The is an Exchange client as well.

How do I create this "MBOX"?
How do I bring back in their personal folders?
Can I create a backup folder and move the old identity into and then
start Entourage to create the new one?

Under the 'Entourage' menu, select 'switch identity'. You will then get an
option to create a new one. You can, at any time, switch back to the older
one to retrieve any mail etc.
