saving and restoring print settings

My boss is going nuts...he has to print out a view of his project file on 24
x 36 paper using the company plotter. He has to go thru several dialogs in
order to get it to work properly (he has to set the printer and then set the
print settings inside of Project).

Since his print settings are basically the same each time, it would be great
if we could just save the print settings and set up a button where he just
pushes once and his project plots properly. That way he doesn't get
frustrated.

It doesn't look like Project has the ability to save print settings, so I am
hoping to do this using Visual Basic or VBA.

Any suggestions, sample code or help would be greatly appreciated.

Can you record a macro of you printing manually? (Tools, Macro, Record new
macro - don't forget to stop record!).

I tried that...it did not work at all. I think Macros only record
keystrokes, so any entry made in dailogs are ignored.
