Saving as a template vs document

[Fill-in Form General Questions]

When users attempt to save my template after they've filled it in, the
default document type is the "Save As" box is word template, I would like for
it to be word document.. How do I change it?

It sounds like they are opening the template instead of creating new files
based on the template. If they create new files then the default Save As
type will be a Word Document.
