Saving as XML

Hello,

I have a problem.
I open a UTF-8 coded XML-File in Word2003 and save it as UTF-8 in a new
XML-File.
The XML has the UTF-8 tag but the content isn't not UTF-8 coded.
For example the german umlauts are still in the output file.

On an other PC it works.

What can it be?
