Saving attachments

I get clients that send me jpg files all the time for printing. When I go to
save those attachments, Entourage makes me answer OK, or Save for every
single one. In other words, if I select 5 attachments and hit "save" I have
to answer yes for each one. Isn't there a way to only say OK once?
