What would be an effective way to save a year¹s worth of e-mail letters in a
folder outside of Entourage?
Any hint is appreciated.

Drag the folder to the desktop ­ it will create an MBOX file, which can be
imported as easily (by dragging back in) or can be opened in a text editor
for reading the message bodies.
