Saving e-mails, calender and contact lists

I have a G4 using OS X. My computer is about to crater
and I want to save my e-mails, calenders and contact
list. I don't know how to find the files. When I find
them, I plan to copy them to a cd.

Everything is inside a database and is store in the "Main Identity" Folder
which is inside the Microsoft User Data folder, along with some other
important files. See the backup tips here:

Under OS 9/Office 2001 the correct location for your identity folder is in:

<Startup Disk:Documents:Microsoft User Data:Office 2001 Identities:

Under OS X/Office vX/Office 2004 it's:

~/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office X Identities/
(where '~/' is your current login's 'Home' directory
