Saving old email Data

I used to be able to save all my Entourage data (using Classic). That
way if I ever had a computer disaster I still had all my old email,
both sent and received and my addresses. I now have Entourage for OSX
and this no longer seems avaliable. In fact, I cant't even open the
old date I had stored from pre X. Ny help out there on how to still
save all my info.
