Saving on CD or Jump Drive

I created a 380 slide PPT with music inported from a CD, regarding a business
trip to China. I compressed all slides and then saved on a CD and Jump
Drive. When I tried to play either one on another computer, the slide
transistion was jerky and the music was lost. The drivers on both computers
are upgraded and I have tried everthing within my level of expertise that the
self-help tools suggests. Any experts out there willing to talk me through
this?

Hi,

I guess the first thing is to make sure you transfer it to the other
computer and not play it from CD or thumb drive. Also, what is your hardware
acceleration set at? Turning it on can make a real difference if you have a
good computer and video card. This link talks about turning it off or
setting it back:

How to set graphics hardware acceleration back

But first, try using it in your slideshow setup options. For example, in
2003: Slideshow| Set up show| performance area, use hardware graphics
acceleration check box. Let us know how you get on.
