Saving pictures

I have somehow lost the option of choosing how to save a picture in different
formats. The only two formats I have now are ART and bmp. The jpeg, and gif
are no longer on the drop-down menu. How do I get them back?! I cannot save
any pictures from the Internet for my power points.

Are you trying to save pictures from PowerPoint or from Internet Explorer
(or maybe from the AOL browser)? What drop-down are you referring to? In
other words, how exactly are you going about saving an iamge?

Also, if you're not doing this in PowerPoint, -- if it's either the IE or
AOL browser you're using -- then you should really post in a newsgroup for
that product.

And finally, if it's the AOL browser, then try opening IE and see if that
gives you other options.
