Saving sent files

I have XP. I've looked but, can't find an option for
this. I would like to choose which sent e-mails get
saved and which ones do not. I only see an option to
either auto save all or none. Is it possible to get a
pop-up question as I send e-mails asking if I want to
save it?

Nope, but you can set the options for the individual message not to save the
message when sending
