Saving to Sharepoint in Excel 2007

I'm trying to sync Sharepoint with Excel 2007 after exporting a list to Excel
and making changes there. In Excel 2003 I did it via right-clicking then List
Synchronize. This option path is not available in Excel 2007. How do I save
