SBC barfing on Ent X Authentication Methods

Help,

I am getting the following message from sbcglobal about Entourage. Any
suggestions on how to clear the error.

The SMTP server for "removed" does not recognize any of the authentication
methods supported by Entourage. To send mail, try disabling SMTP
authentication in the account settings or talk to your administrator.

I have the option checked under the account with the right stuff in the
boxes. I even tried removing the authentication and still get the error

Help...... I must be doing something wrong

Since Entourage will not let me cancel or delete a posting, please disregard
the following.

The problem was with the NOSPAM version of the address. I will deal with the
authentication issues later.
