SBS 2003 - Outlook 2003 shared Contacts sync issues

Hello,
I have two issues,
1. When sharing contacts, new contacts added after sharing was enabled, do
not appear in the shared contacts on the client where sharing was allowed?

2. New contacts do not appear in drop down TO: dialog box on the client they
were created on?
