Schedule issue

I have several schedules which I use depending on location/server etc.
Despite deselecting it and making it inactive my office schedule is still in
bold in the schedule's box. If I click on 'Receive and send' my office
schedule is the one that is activated. How do I make my home schedule active
and truly deselect my office one?

You can only have one Send & Receive All schedule. You need to create a
separate schedule for work and activate it using the Tools > Run Schedule
command rather than the "Send & Receive" toolbar button.
