schedule phone calls

I would like to create a appointment in the calendar named "phone call -
john doe", where john doe was a contact in my contact list. When the
outlook remember me this apointement I can dialer to Mr. Doe with only
one click, or delay the call, or cancel. This is a so obvius business
application that i'm surprise that outlook don't offer this feature.
I'm doing something wrong or is really impossible to do that? In fact,
I can't find another program to do that.
