Keith, to have Entourage check ALL your email addresses simultaneously, do the
following:
Under Tools > Run Schedules, select Edit Schedules. Select the Send & Receive
All item and click Edit.
1. Under the ³When² section, use the drop down to select ³Repeating Schedule.²
Then enter the frequency with which you want Entourage to check the various
servers. You can select any interval from 1 minute to several hours or days.
2. Under ³Action² do the following:
* Add a ³Send All² action using the drop down menu; this will send any email
that is in your Out Box.
* If you are on a dial-up connection, check the ³Only if connected² box;
otherwise leave it blank.
* Add ³Receive Mail² actions as many times as is necessary to cover all of
the email accounts you want this rule to check. For example, I check four
email addresses, so I have four actions that read ³Receive Mail...from
[Account]²
3. Make sure the Schedule is enabled (lower left check box)
4. Test it by creating and sending at least one test email to each of your
addresses.
This should solve your problem.

Is there any way to schedule send & receive all every five minutes or so.
When I am waiting for an email, I have to keep clicking on the button.
